Rockridge

Architecture and interior design adding 130 s.f. to total 1650 s.f. Squaring the back corner then removing a second fireplace in this Craftsman home allowed us to open a line of sight from the dining room, through the kitchen and new media room, and out to the new deck, yard and pool, moving the private areas of the house together and improved flow in the public areas. The new roof line with two new skylights brings needed daylight to the north facing rooms. Kitchen and laundry were reconfigured, the primary bath and closets were expanded, and a new door connects the indoor shower to an outdoor shower. The second bath was remodeled with a spa tub and custom vanity, the main fireplace was replaced with a compliant insert and new tile surround, and remaining areas were refreshed with new oak flooring, Heath tile, wallpaper and paint.
Under construction.
