ADAMS POINT
Architectural and interior design for a 2800 s.f., three story house. This remodel converted a cooped up, dark maze into an airy, modern and functional home while retaining and adding character.
The primary bedroom on the second floor was opened up to a new light filled spa bathroom with a soaking tub and double shower. After removing all internal walls, the first floor was reconfigured into two open living zones at either end of the house, connected with a wide central corridor. The new internal staircase connects the main house to a new multi use ground level space that functions alternately as office, media room, and self contained guest suite with kitchenette and shower.
